Returns/Shipping

If a product arrives defective, broken, or you received the wrong item, email us with  pictures at CustomerService@thefutureawareness.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include the order number, a description of the issue and a photo of the product and we'll provide a return shipping label, please make sure the old problem product is returned within 30 days or your refund will not occur.

 Shipping times is normally 3-14 days, although disrupted distribution may lead your product to arrive 2-3months late, if a product is 3 months late, we will give you the option to get a refund, although if we know of any delays beyond 1-2 weeks, we will mark the product as unavailable.
